General Shukla shared mantras for success with students at D.D. College

More than 150 undergraduate students of DD College and defence aspirants of DD Defence Academy were addressed by Maj Gen A K Shukla, VSM (Retd). In his talk on Career Guidance, Gen Shukla covered the selection process and life in the Armed Forces in detail. He also gave valuable tips to the students to succeed in their professional and personal life. In his talk, he covered important issues like time management, interview techniques, self-discipline and motivation.
Maj Gen Shukla is a highly qualified Interviewing Officer. He has been the Commandant of a Selection Centre and has assessed more than 10,000 candidates.
The speaker was introduced by Col Amardeep Singh, SM (Retd). Mr Jitendra Yadav, Chairman of DD Group of Institutions, felicitated Gen Shukla. Col Anupam Suden and Col Raman Arora, too were present.
Before the talk, Gen Shukla inaugurated the SSB Training Area of DD Defence Academy. He mentioned that the construction of such facilities in the education hub of the country will not only benefit candidates from Uttrakhand but those from other states too.
